#1 HOW TO BE SKINNY

I am Moon River Sebuma Lacerna, and I am skinny. 8-O
That’s the simple truth. In my 20 years of existence, I have always been a skinny girl. That fact never changed since the dawn of time- or at the very least, since my beautiful mother gave birth to me. Right at this point, some of you might think, “oh okay, so this post is just about a skinny girl bragging about her skinny skin, rubbing in our faces that she is skinny and we are not” and so on and so forth. Alas, my dear virtual friends! I am bragging that I am skinny. But the point is, you can be too! 
 Now I am not here to tell you to eat healthy food, or exercise and lift weights. Pfft.  :roll:
 Believe it or not, there are only TWO steps on how to be skinny. 
HOW TO BE SKINNY
Step 1. Notice that your body is covered in skin
Step 2. Say “Wow I’m skinny”
Congratulations you are now skinny  8-)
Okay that was a bad joke, but all things considered, aside from health issues, we all know that it is our self-esteem is the one that is affected the most, and it is what usually motivates or demotivates us to do things.
 Honestly I have no idea on how to literally lose some pounds, but I can tell you some things that would probably make you feel less “fat”. I would like to introduce you to my good friends B1 and B2.
B1 is “Be yourself”. Self love is the golden key to being happy. Imperfections is a part of being a unique individual in this world. Without our imperfections, we would all be clones of one another. Nobody needs clones of themselves. I don’t see the point in that. I am quite sure that not being “skinny” is just one of your “imperfections” (let’s just admit it. Vanity is common in this society and people follow a generally stupid beauty standard that’s why body mass is considered when looking at someone’s “beauty”) and I am also quite sure that you have twice as much good aspects too. What you can do is focus on those good aspects, you know, praising yourself in your thoughts. There’s nothing wrong with being proud of what you can do. If you love yourself, then all good things will follow.
B2 is “Be busy”. B1 and B2 are siblings for a reason. If you had the time to be insecure about yourself, then you definitely have the time to do the things you love. It’s much better if you engage in physical activities as simple as walking. Really, all you had to do is MOVE. 
I highly do NOT recommend NOT EATING. What are you, crazy? Eating is one of the best things in life! Eat! Eat, but do not forget to take B2 with you. I always eat. I probably eat twice as much as you do! But how am I able to maintain this little frame of mine? Well, aside from being blessed with ultra Flash-like metabolism (amen for this), I am like a “kiti kiti” in human form. I always move around doing random things, just being my weird self. It also helps that, with my super fast metabolism, even if I’m just sitting and doing nothing, I sweat a lot. That’s pretty amazing yet a bit disgusting but nevertheless helpful.
Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that aesthetics aren’t supposed to be prioritized.
Go out. Have fun. Make lots of memories. Because in the end, we’re all just a pile of bones six feet below the ground. And that’s how you can be “skinny”  8-)
