FREE TO PLAY V.S BUY TO PLAY SUBSCRIPTION GAMES

There are a lot of very promising games with its outstanding graphics that will make you drool in front of your desktop. But I have this one question. Would you still play games that are Free To Play or will you prefer those Buy To Play games?

Free To Play – The very famous subscription and popular among majority of gamers. Famous for the word “FREE” so anyone can play this game without paying any subscription fee.  Yes it is free but do not expect a lot of content and a balanced mechanics in-game. Because of its free subscription game companies take its profit by leveling up the price of the ITEM MALL (Where you can buy Items through real currency). Now if we talk about player vs. player? Do not expect for a fair and balance game play because it’s always the MONEY POWER that wins. But one thing good about this Free To Play subscription is that FARMER players can really farm and sell gold and gain profit from the game itself without paying any subscription. Now That’s FREE TO PLAY.

Buy To Play – The very rare but the best subscription. Yes you need to buy the game first before you can start playing. But the content and enjoyment you get on that certain amount of money you paid for is a 100% guarantee that it is balanced and you will enjoy the game play.

The best example for Buy To Play is the Guild Wars 2. As you can see, Guild Wars 2 never failed its players with regards to giving updates and new contents every week. And as for the developers, since they are really paid to always look into the game, you can expect secure and active officials from the game. As for the farmers, you can farm and gain more profit here because the currency in-game is a very powerful source for items and other in-game tickets. So farmers will surely be happy with all those high demands of gold to farm.

I know I have not said enough and explain further about the difference about the 2 subscription, but those were the gist. I know for those who are really into MMORPG games know what I’m talking about.
